Our Founder
Meet Jodi, someone who has always been passionate about focusing on leveling up leaders of all stages within sales and operations. Jodi is dedicated to fostering growth and maximizing potential.
What she has experienced is that as employees moving into management roles for the first time are trained on the technical aspects of the role rather than the "soft skills" of how to manage people. Managing people is often difficult, overwhelming, and time consuming. Companies should not assume this skill will come naturally. A lack of people management training is the largest driver as to why a new manager would fail; They are lacking the fundamentals of what it takes to be an effective people manager.
What sets Jodi apart is her ability to inspire and motivate those she works with.
